My impressions of the 1st FOODTECH were positive, the exhibition was well organized both in terms of advertisement as well as organization. It’s an exhibition that complements the industry’s needs. The quality of foreign buyers was at their maximum, they knew what they were looking for and where to find it, and the exhibition had advertised it quite well. They were quality people who knew their subject.
