Intermittent Motion Packaging Machine Mx600-S

The MX600-S model was born on the base of our studies on extremely fragile products.

The inclination of 40° of the forming devices decreases the shocks during the descent phase of products such as biscuits, wafers or particular formats of dry pasta, which remain perfectly intact. The wide range of digital multihead weighers WE propose was designed to ensure the highest performance according to the specific characteristics of each product. Each head is an independent unit ensuring an excellent calculation speed in every condition; this modular structure also prevents any problem by interrupting the productivity of the machine.

Vertical intermittent motion packaging machine, with structure in painted/inox steel, for the production of bags starting from rolls of thermosealable film, suitable for fin and/or lap seal, regular or reverse.

Main features: film driving by means of two brushless motors, with direct application on the driving belts • pneu-matically driven vertical sealing unit • pneumatically driven transversal sealing unit (available as optional with brushless motor) • film unwinding unit complete of photocell and encoder.
