Eco Evolution Case Packer

VIEPA pioneering in packaging machinery, presents the new line of case packers, Eco Evolution with the least environmental footprint possible by eliminating compressed air.

Eco Evolution 21 Case Packer is a machine that packs up to 50 products into carton boxes per minute. What makes the Eco Evolution machines unique from the others in the same category is the use of electric actuators instead of pneumatics. With the use of new technologies, the need for compressed air is gone and very costly source of energy is avoided just by swapping actuators. The elimination of compressed air provides the Eco Evolution Series with noticeable perks such as a reduced environmental footprint, movement accuracy, zero maintenance costs, noiseless operation and energy savings.

The Eco Case Packer collects and groups products while simultaneously forming the carton box in which the packaging will take place. In continuation each group of products gets moved into the box until it is fully packed and then gets sealed at the top and bottom side with tape. It is possible to change the settings of the machine to fit many different dimensions for boxes and products.
